Astier De Villatte's Tucson Perfume is a torrid desert of wild beauty, an impressive tide of deliriously shaped giant cacti, a fantastic rodeo… From the bottle escape dizzying scents: the intoxicating fragrance of strawflowers from the maquis and sun-heated dunes, the aromatic and slightly animal notes of thyme; scents of red earth scorched with the heat of birch mingle with the delicious smell of sweet amber exhaled by the resin from the cistus labdanum, a shrub from Mediterranean countries.

Founders Benoît Astier de Villatte and Ivan Pericoli have been making unique lifestyle pieces in Paris for fifteen years. Their signature ceramics, candles, and glassware are all handmade in an antique Bastille workshop that originally housed Napolean's silversmith. Best known for their 18th- and 19th-century inspired black terra-cotta pottery, Astier de Villatte's team hand makes each piece in a traditional style that has been passed down through generations.
